The Mirror Factor is a way to find your truth - you could call it your truth guidance system. The mirror reveals the truth of what you have created in your life with your thoughts. Do you see what's hidden in the mirror? Use the mirror as your truth in whatever is being reflected back to you in your life. Whether it is how you see yourself physically or if it’s about your relationships, your career or anything else that is happening in your life.

What do you see when you look in the Mirror?
When you look into the mirror everyday, what do you really see? Are you happy with what you see? Do you look at yourself with a critical eye? Do you only see the flaws? It seems we are always trying to fix something – have a smaller nose, bigger lips, take the wrinkles out from around our eyes, get rid of that double chin, increase or decrease something…and on and on. We spend a lifetime wanting to change from who we are.
Do you love what you see in the mirror or are you trying to change it? Can you stand naked in front of the mirror and love yourself unconditionally, without trying to change or fix something? We must first love ourselves, and then we can give our love freely to others. We don’t need someone else’s approval. Many relationships are need based (or co-dependent) – because we feel inadequate as we are, we want others to tell us we are okay. When you love who you are, then it removes the pressure on relationships with others, since you no longer require their approval to be your true self.
